Aperol Introduction

“Aperol – 1919 – The birth of an Italian legend. Created by the Barbieri brothers, Aperol soon became the number 1 cocktail in Italy. From 1919 until today the popularity of Aperol has grown continuously thanks to its fresh and unique taste and its low alcohol content.”

Country of Origin: Italy

Aperol is bright orange in colour and has an inimitable bittersweet taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation. Thanks to the perfectly balanced combination of herbs, roots and low alcohol content, it has a lightly alcoholic taste, zesty orange top with herbal and woody body notes, pleasant bittersweet and lightly salty, with a herbal long pleasant aftertaste that makes it fresh and approachable.
