Country of Origin: Scotland
Dewar’s was founded in 1846 by John Dewar. John Dewar & Sons Ltd has grown from a small wine and spirits merchant shop in Perth, Scotland, to become a globally renowned and celebrated blended scotch whisky.
The Dewar’s story started with a shop in Perth and founder John Dewar. Together with sons John Alexander Dewar and Tommy Dewar, these three men changed the course of whisky history, and created some mighty fine products along the way.
The Dewar’s Celtic truth knot, a sign of strength and longevity, is constructed from the three D’s representing the founders – John, Tommy and John Alexander Dewar.
Dewar’s is The World’s Most Awarded Blended Scotch Whisky, accumulating over a thousand awards to date.

In 1899, a year after production commenced at Dewar’s new distillery, Aberfeldy, A.J. Cameron created the now-iconic Dewar’s White Label. Over the next 120 years the flagship blend established itself as one of the leading blended Scotch whiskies worldwide.
A direct descendant of the signature Blended Scotch Whisky introduced over a century ago. This whisky was created by our previous Master Blender Tom Aitken to introduce the first permanent product to our premium Blended Scotch Whisky range.
Created to be a sweeter, lighter Blended Scotch Whisky, this was the first whisky created by Stephanie Macleod. Thanks to both their unique double ageing process and golden water source, Dewar’s 15 Year Old is unusually smooth, with flavour notes of honey, toffee and floral.
A rather indulgent post-dinner dram, the abundantly flavoursome Dewar’s 18 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky has picked up awards all over the world since it was introduced to the range in 2003.
Dewar’s oldest and rarest Whisky within their permanent range, matured for a minimum of 25 years in the finest oak casks, then double aged and finished in Royal Brackla Casks. A whisky that celebrates Dewar’s signature style.
